In line with our commitment to historical preservation, Powell’s Pride restored and transformed an old structure built around 1862 into a luxury apartment building called Atrium Apartments in Quincy, IL. Its ground floor is now home to the Lincoln Douglas Debate Interpretive Center.
About Its Historical Address
A few buildings south of 127 Jail Alley are the community’s original courthouse and jail. On the west side of Atrium Apartments is the historic Lincoln-Douglas Debate site. Meanwhile, the historical address conveniently positions apartment residents near several amenities in the downtown area.
